Fenders
Front Fender Removal
- Remove:
Bolts [A] (Both Sides)
Bracket [B]
Front Fender [C]
Front Fender Installation
- Installation is the reverse of removal.
Flap/Rear Fender Removal/Installation
- Refer to the Rear Fairing Disassembly.
Frame
Sub Frame Removal
- Refer to the Rear Wheel Removal in the Wheels/Tires chapter.
Sub Frame Installation
- Refer to the Rear Wheel Installation in the Wheels/Tires chapter.
Footpeg Removal
- Remove:
Clip [A]
Pin [B]
Washers [C]
Footpeg [D]
Guide [E]
- Remove:
Bolt [A]
Holder [B]
Footpeg Installation
- Installation is the reverse of removal.
- Install the guide [A] as shown.
Left Side: Mark "L" [B]
Right Side: Mark "R" - Replace the clip with a new one.
Frame Inspection
- Visually inspect the frame for cracks, dents, bending, or warp.
If there is any damage to the frame, replace it.
WARNING A repaired frame may fail in use, possibly causing an accident resulting in injury or death. If the frame is bent, dented, cracked, or warped, replace it.
Windshield
Windshield Removal
- Remove:
Bolts [A]
Windshield [B]
Windshield Installation
- Installation is the reverse of removal.
