Senior Editor Jim Robins is principal developer of ScooterMaxi.com. Photography is his specialty. Previously, Jim was a legislative researcher for the Minnesota Senate and news editor of the Northfield (Minn.) News. His current primary ride is a 2005 Aprilia Scarabeo. Jim and his wife, Carla, and dogs, Joe Cocker and Max, live in Saint Paul.
